Sparkling wine with fine and persistent perlage. a perfume of beautiful intensity with strong notes of green apple and, to a lesser extent, peach, with floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. Ugood structure, pleasant and harmonious, delicately dry. Excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish or vegetable dishes.

Variety of grapes:

90% Glera (prosecco), Bianchetta Trevigiana e Perera.

Denomination: Prosecco DOC TREVISO. Vino spumante Extra Dry.

Nature of the land: mixed, calcareous clay

Harvest period: usually the last week of September exclusively by hand. This system guarantees maximum grape quality and optimal expression of varietal characteristics and wine aromas.

Vinification: gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. At the end of fermentation, the wine is decanted and filtered. Bottling takes place following an induced re-fermentation in steel container containers (autoclaves - Martinotti / Charmat method): wine for a month increases the internal overpressure by about 3.5 atmospheres: at this stage, the wine is glued before and final filtration.

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol. Total acidity: 5.80 g / l. Sugar residue: 13.5 g / l. Color: pale straw yellow. Sulfur dioxide content: <90 mg / liter.

Characteristics: low-pressure sparkling wine that lends itself to simple and immediate consumption. The perlage is fine and persistent and the straw yellow color discharges with greenish reflections. The scent is of good intensity, with strong notes of green apple and, to a lesser extent, peach, with floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. The bouquet is fine and expresses the characteristic fruitiness of this grape variety. The taste is characterized by a pleasantly sour taste, good structure, pleasant and harmonious, delicately dry.

Accompaniments:

Excellent as an aperitif and for toast, it combines nicely with first courses and risottos, vegetable and light fish-based appetizers. Serving temperature: 8˚ - 10˚ C.
