Wine with an intense ruby red color, an elegant bouquet of ripe fruits and spices. Its taste is harmonious, warm, persistent, and with a enveloping sweetness. Coming from a small 6-hectare estate in Valpolicella, INSOLENS is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, and stews. It is recommended to serve it at 18-20°C and uncork the bottle at least one hour in advance.

From the Latin “unusual”, unusual, INSOLENS is the result of the union of Corvina and Rondinella grapes ripened on the gentle and sunny slopes of our estate with the passion that guides us to restore the wine to its true identity. We think of the cellar as this “magical” place where every good winemaker presses his grapes, these bunches that he has watched grow for many months, which he has caressed every morning with an attentive and even a little anxious look. , hoping that they reach the right maturity without “misfortune”.
