Organic Spinola Gavi

Gavi, traditional, fresh, light, easy to drink. It is an elegant wine with an intense nose, but refined with floral and fruity notes. The grapes come from the hills around Lake Alborina.

It is an excellent aperitif that can also accompany rather light dishes so as not to upset the balance between food and wine.

From a single plot: the grapes come from the oldest vineyard of the estate called "Vigneto Alborina". It has been matured in oak barrels and is ideal for aging - up to 15 years. It is an elegant and powerful wine which, when paired with food and wine, can replace certain red wines.

An elegant white, organic and biodynamic with rich fruity notes of Malvoisie. Straw yellow color, with an intense nose, notes of grapes, tropical fruits, flowers with an intense and full supple mouth.
